PLANTAR FASCIITIS

Plantar fasciitis is a common but painful foot condition involving inflammation to the band of muscle running from your heel to your toes.

HEEL SPUR

A heel spur is a bony calcium deposit on the underside of the heel that can cause heel pain. Long-haul joggers or walkers are prone to heel spurs.

CLAW TOE

A condition associated with nerve damage in the toes. It causes your toes to scrunch up, like a claw, and dig into the soles of your shoes. Ouch!
